Multitronix LLC has exercised reasonable care in the design and manufacture of our products. Each one is also carefully tested prior to shipment. However, the use or application of our products is beyond the control of Multitronix LLC and due to the nature of electronic devices, and the applications and environments applied to them, the possibility of failure or malfunction cannot be completely eliminated. Therefore, the buyer assumes all responsibility and uses our products at their own risk. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Multitronix LLC and its officers, agents and assigns from any and all liability, losses, damages, costs, claims, judgments, actions and demands arising out of the use of our products, claimed on account of, or in any way predicated upon loss or damage to property, or injuries to or the death of any and all persons.
